All items are guaranteed for a period of 90-days after receipt unless otherwise noted in the product listing or the item is advertised AS-IS. Should a unit fail during the warranty period, we will replace or repair the unit or issue a refund of the purchase price upon receipt of the defective item at our option.
In addition, you will have a 5-day right to return, if the equipment does not meet your expectations.

The removal or damage to calibration or warranty seals, will void any warranty or return privileges.

 AS-IS

From time to time we will list items in AS-IS condition. This does not necessarily indicate that the unit is not operational. Below are the reasons why the unit may be listed as "AS-IS":

    - Not tested due to lack of accessories, manuals or knowledge

    - Man hours for testing would exceed expected sales price

    - Unit has known defects or parts missing as described in the listing

The listing will indicate what tests have been done, any known defects or parts missing. We do not attempt to conceal defects.

RETURNS

A "Return Material Authorization" (RMA)  has to be requested before any equipment is returned to us.

Almost all units will be packed using foam-in-place with antistatic foil. For heavier pieces we will use double walled boxes (350 lbs test) to insure the safe delivery of your equipment. This packing will be invoiced at cost and is ranging from $ 2.50 for a hand held multimeter to $ 25.00 for larger items.

We use all major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, Airborne, ABF Freight) and you are paying exactly what it costs to ship your package. It is possible to ship on your carrier account as well, unless it is being shipped COD.

It is your responsibility to check the unit immediately upon delivery for transportation damage. Should you receive our shipment with an obviously damaged shipping container, please retain all packing material and notify the carrier and us immediately.

SALES TAX

West Virginia bidders are required to pay 6.0% sales tax unless an acceptable resale certificate is provided.

EXPORTS/INTERNATIONAL SALES

All items will be exported in accordance with the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.

If an export license is required, it may take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks after receipt of your import certificate before the export license is granted and the item can be shipped.
